Andela is an engineering-as-a-service business that helps companies build remote teams quickly and cost- effectively. Andela aims to end the global tech shortage with employers and leadership working globally.

The Opportunity
Before our partnership, the Andela team had rebranded other parts of their platform, making their overall branding inconsistent. Andela partnered with LHC to rebuild their website — modernizing it in congruence with their update — as well as designing assets, resources, and content strategy.

Creative Insight
Andela serves two main audiences: developers and customers. Our work simultaneously communicates with Andela’s distinct audiences, using the same voice and branding while remaining accessible to both.

LHC works with Andela’s internal creative team, marketing team, and product marketing team to create content, implement a robust content strategy, and reinvent their website. We have worked to write and design eBooks and white papers, redesign their website, code their new resource center, and build all new sales materials.
